Requirements of all International Team Members
Be sure to review the subsequent pages and complete the necessary forms on those pages. Failure to complete any step will cause unnecessary challenges for you. (Hint - the gray or black buttons on this website are forms you are required to complete, and the other buttons take you to pages with more information and forms that may be required.)

Submit your flight details as soon as you book your flight. You must submit your flight details to us in addition to submitting them to your sponsor.
Your housing with us is not guaranteed without completing this step which includes paying your housing deposit.
If you do not live with us, you must still report your housing to us. Not completing (or at least starting) this before your arrival will delay when you can start working.
Failure to submit your bank account information timely will result in a delay in receiving your paycheck and possibly cost you unnecessary fees.

We can only issue 1 paycheck to you before you apply for a social security card and submit this form to us.
It's best to have them mail your social security card to 393 Green Street, Gainesville GA 30501 and we will send it to you. Mail doesn't always make it to Fudgery housing or Fudgery stores. We can only issue 3 paychecks to you without a social security card. When you receive your social security card you should submit this form again, choosing that option. We will not request this information from you, we will just stop issuing paychecks until we receive this information. We expect you to be available to work up to and on the original DS end date assigned to you by the US government. If you want to do some traveling while in America, then leave yourself time after your DS end date and before your trip home.
